Brex is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Growth Product team, overseeing strategy and execution for customer acquisition and onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI, and go-to-market, with responsibility for building features, models, and tools that empower GTM and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include: - Drive product and systems investments to improve GTM metrics (CAC payback, pipeline conversion, efficiency) - Define and execute multi-quarter Growth strategy in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Marketing, Ops, and Data - Embed within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation initiatives - Analyze GTM funnel and conversion metrics to guide product priorities and roadmap decisions - Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership and high performance - Oversee core Growth Product and Engineering domains: account scoring, TAM data, outbound automation, GTM tooling - Align stakeholders around a 6–12 month roadmap advancing GTM efficiency and business growth - Partner with GTM and Customer Success to operationalize tooling and automations for customer activation You'll work with cross-functional teams across San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Vancouver, Brazil, and remote locations. Past examples of work include AI agents for GTM workflows, GTM data and enrichment systems, ML models for account prioritization, and prospect AI classification systems. The role requires 10+ years in product management or management consulting, with direct responsibility for scaling B2B products and GTM systems. Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency preferred, proven ability to influence senior leaders and executives across departments, and systems-thinking mindset are essential. You must be willing to work in-office at least three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), with up to four weeks remote per year.
