Scopely is seeking a Director of Product, Features to lead the features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command, a top-10 grossing 4X MMO launched in 2018 and continuously evolving. This role is based in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will own the long-view strategic planning across the game's features, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and tactical execution. Key responsibilities include: • Own the business performance of the Features function, accountable for delivering game KPIs and guiding decisions that drive sustainable long-term growth. • Develop and execute a roadmap that achieves KPI goals, guiding cross-functional partners including game designers, UX designers, and artists to deliver a product aligned with the game's vision and strategy. • Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and core game loops. • Lead features from concept through launch, including post-launch analysis and optimization, to deliver best-in-class features that achieve KPI targets. • Lead engagement and monetization for major feature releases, coordinating across disciplines to ensure smooth, high-impact launches. • Monitor product ecosystem health using insights to proactively identify opportunities and risks, implementing impactful features and initiatives. • Identify and create process improvements to support feature development. • Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and operational staff, scaling team capabilities and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. • Establish institutional knowledge through clear documentation of experiments, retrospectives, and playbooks. • Conduct quantitative analyses of data to provide insights into product performance and uncover opportunities for engagement and monetization. • Leverage player feedback and game data to inform roadmap and feature design; use competitive market research to identify future opportunities. Required qualifications include previous experience with free-to-play games, strong leadership and analytical skills, understanding of game design concepts, experience hitting revenue/metric targets on live games, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and passion for game economies. An MBA or degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus.
