As Director of Product, you will report to the Head of Product and lead major product initiatives across the ICHRA platform. You will own roadmap leadership, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer-facing) to drive strategy, execution, and go-to-market activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Partnering with Head of Product to build and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional business alignment
• Demonstrating strategic thinking across product domains to create innovative solutions supporting near- and long-term goals
• Driving end-to-end execution of key product lines from ideation through launch and iteration
• Cultivating a customer-centric team culture and embedding customer voice into product rhythms
• Building OKRs and metrics to measure product performance and business alignment
• Managing and mentoring product managers and tech leads, fostering product culture and growth mindset
• Building strong relationships across engineering, design, and cross-functional partners
You will manage a team and invest in creating strong product culture within the product organization and across the company. This is a high-impact role ideal for a product leader ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of product management experience including leading high-impact cross-functional efforts; demonstrated experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments; data-driven, analytic problem-solving approach; comfort engaging with external clients and users; deep involvement in building and leading business product roadmaps; strong customer-centric mindset with user research and product analytics capabilities.
