As Director of Product, AI, you will lead all AI product development initiatives and drive the creation of cutting-edge AI solutions for Industrial and Public Sector customers. You will own the complete AI product strategy and roadmap, working at the intersection of customer needs, engineering capability, and market opportunity.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing comprehensive AI product strategy aligned with company vision; conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities; gathering customer insights through direct engagement with key accounts and partners; creating and managing the AI product roadmap with prioritization based on feasibility and business value; collaborating cross-functionally with ML engineers, platform engineers, designers, sales, finance, and marketing; defining clear product requirements and user stories; leading go-to-market strategy including pricing, positioning, and marketing; establishing KPIs and monitoring product performance; maintaining feedback loops with stakeholders and customers; and ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical AI considerations including data privacy and bias mitigation.
You will interact closely with customers, partners, system integrators, and technology providers to understand market dynamics and inform product decisions. This is an office-based role in Bellevue, Washington.
