As Director of Growth Strategy (Sales Strategy), you will lead the sales strategy function, reporting to senior leadership. This is a director-level role responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, sales operations, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and clinical teams to scale the business across health plans, health systems, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role involves building and managing a sales strategy team, setting targets, optimizing sales processes, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You will have significant influence over how Nourish scales its market presence and captures the massive opportunity in metabolic health and chronic disease reversal.
The company emphasizes talent density and holds an extremely high bar for hiring, seeking people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-moving, venture-backed environment.
