As Director of Growth Strategy (Performance), you will lead the company's performance marketing and growth initiatives. This is a director-level role reporting to senior leadership, responsible for building and scaling growth programs that drive patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will own the performance marketing budget, lead a team of growth marketers and analysts, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition costs and conversion funnels across digital channels. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with company growth targets; managing paid acquisition channels (search, social, display, programmatic); building and mentoring a high-performing growth team; establishing KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI; collaborating with product, clinical, and operations teams to optimize the patient journey; and identifying new growth opportunities and emerging channels.
