Verse Medical is a Series C healthtech company (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures) building modern software infrastructure to coordinate care for patients at home. The platform connects providers, payors, and patients to deliver hospital-quality care outside traditional settings.
You will own the enterprise home health agency (HHA) motion, focusing on the largest HHAs in the country. Your mission is to get Top 50 HHAs to formally route eligible medical supply orders through Verse's platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage a focused list of the largest HHAs nationally
- Break into senior leadership across Operations, Clinical, Finance, and executive teams
- Map complex accounts, multi-thread relationships, and create internal champions
- Navigate existing distributor and DME relationships (Medline, McKesson, Cardinal, Byram, etc.)
- Sell Verse as an enterprise workflow/routing solution, not a branch-level vendor
- Work through long, complicated sales cycles with incumbent processes and vendors
- Convert existing bottom-up usage and coverage gaps into centralized enterprise agreements
- Travel as needed for important customer meetings
This role offers the opportunity to start as a high-performing individual contributor with potential to build and manage the enterprise sales team over time.
Requirements:
- Proven enterprise healthcare sales experience
- Personally closed large, complicated health system, post-acute, or HHA deals
- Extremely persistent; comfortable creating opportunities without relying on inbound leads or existing network
- Strong executive presence; comfortable selling to C-suite and VP-level buyers
- Ideally understands home health, DME, medical supplies, distributors, or adjacent post-acute workflows
- Ability to operate as a high-performing IC with potential for team leadership
