Everlane, a luxury accessories and apparel brand focused on ethical manufacturing and sustainability, is seeking a Director of Data Science & Analytics to lead their data organization. This role reports to the VP of Digital and oversees a team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. You will own the data architecture and roadmap, driving collaboration across the business to deliver actionable insights that inform critical decisions. Your responsibilities span the full data lifecycle: from exploratory analysis of marketing performance and customer behavior, to building and deploying predictive models (product recommendations, size predictions, return rate forecasting), designing rigorous A/B tests, and scaling the data platform.
