K Health seeks a Director of Analytics to lead the Strategic Insights team and establish AI-first decision-making standards across the organization. This leadership role combines team management, analytics strategy, and AI systems thinking to scale insight generation beyond individual contributors. You will manage and mentor Strategic Insights Analysts, own the analytics roadmap and prioritization, and partner with Product, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Finance leadership to shape strategic direction. Key responsibilities include establishing data quality standards, defining KPI ownership, creating a self-serve analytics strategy via Looker, and deploying AI agents and LLM pipelines to increase analytical output. The role requires translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executives. You will design scalable operating models, extract one-off patterns into reusable documentation and standards, and elevate team capability through structured feedback and mentorship. You'll coordinate with data engineering to evolve infrastructure in parallel with business needs, manage dependencies across functions, and resolve ambiguous multi-system failures. Required experience includes 7+ years in analytics, data science, strategy, consulting, or business operations, with 2+ years managing high-performing analysts or analytics engineers. You must demonstrate expert SQL, data modeling, and KPI judgment; design and operationalize AI agents and multi-agent orchestration; think systemically about scalable processes; and communicate through precise specifications for asynchronous team execution. Bonus qualifications include healthcare or health-tech analytics experience with EMR/FHIR data and PHI-aware pipelines, Looker/LookML expertise, production multi-agent AI systems experience, Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI) proficiency, and prior management consulting or strategy background. The role requires onsite presence in the New York City office 4 days per week. Immigration support is not provided.
