Salary: USD 240,000 - 330,000 / annual
Okta is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead a team that transforms data into strategic insights across all marketing channels. In this role, you'll own measurement and analytics for paid media, digital, partners, and field campaigns, including attribution modeling, ROI optimization, and emerging AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a team of analysts while establishing best practices and building team capability. You'll own attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels, translating data into actionable insights for marketing leaders. You'll drive paid and organic digital acquisition strategy through CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysis, and build self-service dashboards in Tableau for demand gen, digital, field, events, and partner marketing teams.
Additional responsibilities include implementing AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights, supporting marketing experiments with rigorous testing and statistical validation, creating forecasts and scenario models for annual budget planning, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on strategy and quarterly business reviews. You'll also maintain data quality across martech systems and stay current with analytics tools and methods.
Required experience includes 12+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS; 5+ years managing and developing analytics teams with strong leadership skills; and 5+ years in digital/paid media analytics covering channel optimization, attribution, and budget allocation. You should have a track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions, and experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models.
Essential skills include deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement, strong data storytelling abilities to communicate complex insights to executives, and a strong grasp of martech infrastructure including database management, data hygiene, and API integrations. Expert-level proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Excel is required, along with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design capabilities.
Bonus qualifications include AI/ML experience with predictive modeling and marketing mix modeling, GA4 or Adobe Analytics expertise, SQL proficiency, growth marketing or demand gen background, privacy-first measurement experience, and proficiency in Python, R, or similar statistical tools.
