GOAT Group, a leading global marketplace for authentic sneakers, apparel and accessories with 60+ million members across 170 countries, is seeking a Director of Domestic Fulfillment to lead operational excellence across its US and Canada fulfillment network. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role focused on building systems and structure rather than firefighting. You will partner closely with the AVP of Global Operations to establish shared vision, drive standardization, and create accountability across a network of fulfillment sites at varying stages of maturity. The role requires significant domestic travel, with preferred locations in Los Angeles, CA or New Jersey to maintain proximity to the company's west and east coast hubs. Key Responsibilities: Site Operations & Network Leadership: Lead day-to-day operational performance across US and Canada fulfillment sites, maintaining clear visibility into each site's health and priorities. Manage multiple sites simultaneously at different performance and development stages, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of network-level outcomes. Drive consistent implementation of 5S principles, facility organization standards and safety protocols. Establish and enforce SOP compliance and training effectiveness standards. Conduct structured improvement cycles including time studies, batch logic reviews and cognitive load analysis to optimize floor operations and reduce error rates. Performance Management & Scorecard Accountability: Own the domestic fulfillment scorecard, building reporting cadence, audit discipline and accountability systems. Translate performance data into concrete floor-level action. Treat missing or incomplete data as a performance signal and hold sites accountable to reporting discipline. Own the CPO (cost per order) equation as a planning and management tool, understanding the relationship between fixed labor, volume and headcount decisions. Communicate clearly the distinction between volume-driven and execution-driven CPO problems to finance, operations leadership and site managers. People Development & Site Management Program: Partner with AVP Global Operations to design GOAT's US site management program, creating shared standards, development structures and accountability systems. Develop Operations Managers into strong, autonomous site leaders capable of diagnosing problems and driving results independently. Create shared accountability frameworks across sites while fostering individual site ownership. Spark and sustain engagement at manager and associate levels through visible, energetic leadership. Invest in long-term capability while maintaining high performance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Influence: Serve as the primary operational voice for the domestic fulfillment network in discussions with Product, Engineering, Finance and People teams. Communicate performance trends and site health clearly to senior leadership with credibility to influence executive-level decisions. Partner with HR and People teams on workforce planning, manager development and associate engagement initiatives. Requirements: - 10+ years of progressive warehouse and fulfillment leadership experience, including 3+ years managing multi-site operations; prior experience in established, structured supply chain environments where industry standards were the baseline - Recognized industry credentials or training in warehouse operations, supply chain management or related discipline (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or equivalent); able to bring framework fluency directly to the floor - Demonstrated multi-site operational fluency; comfortable running sites at very different maturity and performance levels simultaneously - Proven track record of building structured operations from the ground up or restoring discipline and consistency to under-performing networks - Deep understanding of CPO as a planning equation; able to model the relationship between fixed labor, volume and headcount - Strong scorecard and audit discipline; runs structured improvement cycles (time studies, batch logic, cognitive load reduction); treats data integrity as non-negotiable - Demonstrated ability to develop people and build managers who can run sites without constant escalation; track record of creating shared accountability across independent lanes - Energetic, spirited leader with presence to engage and motivate at every organizational level - Creative problem-solver who applies non-obvious solutions while maintaining respect for safety and process accuracy fundamentals - Excellent communicator; able to translate complex operational realities into clear direction, influence without authority, and hold teams accountable through coaching - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems and operational reporting tools; comfortable with data and able to build and interpret performance dashboards - Willingness and ability to travel regularly to domestic fulfillment sites; proximity to Los Angeles, CA or New Jersey strongly preferred - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
