Klue is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead the company's go-to-market engine and bridge the gap between marketing output and sales pipeline. This is a hands-on, operating role—not a support function—where you'll own demand generation campaigns end-to-end, manage events and community programs, direct the SDR function, and lead marketing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own Demand Gen Campaigns: Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, paid, and webinars. You'll manage creative partnerships with content and design teams, project manage execution, and report on performance with data-driven adjustments.
• Event Leadership: Plan and execute Klue's full event calendar—keynotes, sponsorships, booths, gifting, and follow-up campaigns. You'll run proprietary events, build community, create partnership programs, and coordinate all moving pieces.
• Direct SDR Strategy: Own the SDR Manager relationship and set quarterly focus areas, target segments, talk tracks, SPIFFs, and budget. You'll partner on hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, adjusting strategy based on pipeline results.
• Marketing Operations Leadership: Prioritize workload against the demand gen calendar, build efficient systems and processes for SDR workflows, and partner with RevOps on larger operational projects.
• AI Workflow Development: Implement AI to transform how demand gen operates day-to-day, not just as an overlay.
Success is measured by steady month-over-month pipeline growth, direct sales impact with measurable deal closures, ROI achievement on marketing spend, team performance and satisfaction, and successful event execution.
Klue is an AI-first competitive intelligence platform that helps organizations win deals through market, competitor, and buyer insights. The company is fast-growing, venture-backed, with hubs in Vancouver (HQ), Toronto, and London. The culture emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and high performance.
Work arrangement: Office-first hybrid, with in-office collaboration on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Vancouver headquarters.
