Salary: USD 153,750 - 253,700 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of CRM Sales for the Manufacturing vertical to lead regional sales growth and build a high-performing sales team. This is a people-management role with P&L responsibility for new business acquisition and customer retention in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth - Develop regional sales strategy in conjunction with Sales Operations, including competitive analysis and go-to-market planning - Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development; support Field Sales Teams in closing deals - Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and overachievement - Develop territories and quotas; communicate performance expectations clearly - Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to leadership - Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis - Engage at C-level with customers to understand business requirements - Build effective cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, partners, and ServiceNow executive leadership - Retain and grow existing customer base through regular non-sales engagement activities About ServiceNow: ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, serving 85% of the Fortune 500. Requirements: - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills at industry and C-level - Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams - Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas - Ownership of accurate CRM reporting including quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection - Experience driving sales processes and building effective working relationships with Sales Operations - Understanding of IT business drivers and the broader business context - Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships - Ability to adapt and work effectively in rapidly changing, growing environments - Strong business and financial acumen - Demonstrated ability to build self-motivated, collaborative sales teams that embrace overachievement - Track record of championing top performers, developing and coaching teams, and making appropriate talent decisions - Proven partner relationships and networks; ability to grow revenue streams through partner ecosystem - Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partners
