ServiceNow is seeking a Director of CRM Sales for the Manufacturing vertical to lead regional sales growth and build a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will manage a team of direct Sales Executives, develop regional sales strategy in partnership with Sales Operations, and drive new business revenue while maintaining and growing the existing customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading a team of Sales Executives focused on new business acquisition
- Developing and executing regional sales strategy, including competitive analysis and go-to-market planning
- Owning territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity management
- Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales team members to drive excellence and performance
- Setting territories, quotas, and performance expectations for the team
- Managing accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Achieving annual sales goals on quarterly and annual bases
- Engaging at C-level with customers to understand business requirements
- Building cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and ServiceNow leadership
- Driving customer retention and growth through strategic engagement activities

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills, including C-level selling experience
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
- Ownership of accurate CRM reporting, including quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experience driving sales processes and building effective relationships with Sales Operations
- Understanding of IT business drivers and the broader business context
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Adaptability and effectiveness in rapidly changing, growing environments
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build self-motivated, collaborative sales teams that embrace overachievement
- Proven track record of developing top performers, coaching teams, and making appropriate organizational decisions
- Established partner relationships and networks with ability to grow revenue streams through partner ecosystems
- Ownership of pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partners
