ServiceNow is seeking a Director, CRM Sales to lead rapid expansion of its CRM product lines across the Central region. You will build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives, driving transformational business value for customers through new business sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of CRM Account Executives to drive new business sales growth in the Central region - Build and execute sales strategy in collaboration with Field Sales, Pre-Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Marketing, Alliances & Channels, and Sales Operations - Serve as the central liaison between Global Business Unit Sales Leadership and Field Sales Leadership - Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to drive revenue - Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence and performance - Develop territories and quotas for the sales team, communicating performance expectations clearly - Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines locally, within EMEA, and to Global business units - Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual bases - Build effective working relationships across Solution Consulting, Product Development, Customer Outcomes, Partners, Marketing, and executive leadership Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a sales leader with proven success as a CRM Sales executive - Extensive track record of new business sales success with CRM Solutions, including C-level presentation and negotiation skills - CRM SaaS experience essential; PaaS experience a plus - Prior experience in both direct sales and sales overlay capacities - Strong track record recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas - Experience in planning, organization, and driving sales processes - Public speaking experience and comfort presenting to large audiences with credibility - Track record using social media to enhance brand messaging - Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships - Strong business and financial acumen - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making - Fluency in English; regional travel required with offices in London and Staines - Experience with ServiceNow's product portfolio preferred but not essential
