Key Responsibilities: Brand Building: Develop and execute annual brand and marketing strategy for MNTD, translating business goals into consumer-facing plans. Build integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and retail channels. Shape brand storytelling around products, innovation, and brand point of view. Identify cultural moments, partnerships, collaborations, and creator opportunities to reach new audiences. Oversee email and SMS strategy including lifecycle marketing and retention. Identify and test new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities with disciplined measurement. Monitor key metrics including revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention, retail performance, margin, and marketing efficiency. Lead weekly and monthly business reviews.
