Home Campus is the operating system for high school athletic departments, serving approximately 1,600 schools across the United States. The platform enables athletic directors, coaches, parents, and students to manage eligibility verification, athletic clearance, coaches credentialing, injury tracking, athletic websites, donations, and college recruiting. The company operates at two levels: state and regional athletic associations use the association platform to manage compliance, transfers, power ratings, and playoff divisioning, while individual schools subscribe to run their own athletic departments. Currently concentrated in California and Florida, Home Campus has achieved significant market penetration—in Florida, the FHSAA has made it the standard across member schools, and in California, all ten CIF sections recommend it. As Director of Association Partnerships & School Growth, you will report directly to the CEO and own the company's expansion into new states. This is a builder's role with significant autonomy to define the playbook for market entry. Your primary responsibilities include building relationships with state and regional athletic association leadership outside California and Florida, converting those relationships into signed platform agreements, and managing the school growth that flows from association partnerships. Key responsibilities include: leading association development by building relationships with athletic association executives and boards; owning market intelligence on when association software contracts come up for bid to enable early engagement; representing Home Campus at state and national athletic administration conferences with demos and relationship-building; leading competitive RFP responses end-to-end and building reusable toolkits; managing inbound school interest and closing new subscriptions in states where the company holds association relationships; and maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM with clean handoffs to onboarding. You must have direct experience in high school athletics administration, association governance, or a proven track record selling into these markets. Your network will be central to success. You understand that association decisions are made over 6-18 months through committees, boards, and executive directors, and you're comfortable with long consultative sales cycles. You can run competitive RFPs from requirements through final submission, communicate credibly with both athletic directors and association executives, and are comfortable defining processes, materials, and cadence from scratch. Home Campus is part of Beacon Software, a profitable Toronto-based partner to mission-critical software businesses. Beacon combines technologists, operators, and M&A professionals to accelerate business ambition, backed by tier-1 venture capital, crossover, and endowment investors. The role is remote within the United States with meaningful seasonal travel around the conference calendar.
