The Analytics team is seeking a Director to lead and shape the function as Addepar transitions to next-generation data and analytics with a scalable global operating model. The team is globally distributed and core to the company's mission of empowering analysts, researchers, and internal teams to create and share data and insights at scale.
In this role, you will define and execute the strategic vision for analytics, driving operationalization, governance, and platform maturity across regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute a unified analytics strategy in partnership with key stakeholders, with a published roadmap reviewed quarterly
- Serve as a visible leader for the APAC region, bridging local teams with global priorities and building regional culture
- Lead BI and platform strategy, including persona-driven architecture and enablement paths for power users, consumers, executives, and producers
- Lead global expansion of the analytics platform by hardening existing regional implementations and validating repeatable architecture for new regions
- Drive operationalization of the data estate, establishing observability, SLOs, and handoff standards so operations teams can own production feeds
- Own and drive Data Governance outcomes for Analytics, identifying Critical Data Elements, automating publisher responsibilities, and building an AI-ready data estate
You bring 12+ years of relevant working experience, including 10+ years in Data Analytics with significant team and function leadership. You have experience leading Analytics functions in global SaaS contexts and serving as a regional leader with visible presence and ability to bridge regional and global priorities. Deep data platform experience (Databricks strongly preferred) and Data Governance leadership are essential. You understand what makes data AI-consumable and have a vision for how AI accelerates analytics outcomes. You are strategic, influential, skilled at change leadership and prioritization, with strong problem-solving abilities and low ego.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Pune office. Legal authorization to work in India is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
