Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG platforms and diagnostics. The company serves two markets: Life Sciences partners developing novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders, and a Diagnostics business building comprehensive at-home assessment platforms combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals. The Director, Alliance Management will own and steward a nine-figure, multi-year enterprise partnership with a major biopharma company that is foundational to Beacon's growth strategy. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, distinct from traditional business development (pipeline generation) or account management (multi-account expansion). Instead, the role embeds deeply within the partner organization, operating at all levels from executive leadership to working teams. Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary relationship manager and commercial lead for one or more strategic partnerships; building and maintaining trusted executive-level relationships across scientific, clinical, operational, and commercial functions; assessing and driving overall partnership health and execution from post-contract launch through value delivery and growth; coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Beacon's Science, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership; and ensuring partnerships deliver on scientific, clinical, and commercial objectives. The role functions as a General Manager to the account, requiring deep client embeddedness, executive-level engagement capability, long-range planning expertise, and best-in-class execution across parallel workstreams. With success, there is potential to expand to additional partnerships of equal scope and magnitude, and eventually to build a team with a similar mandate across a larger portfolio of accounts. This position is based in Boston, MA.
