You will join the Marketing Strategy team, which drives growth by attracting new users and increasing reach, visibility, and sales of experiences and brands through data-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and other channels.
In this role, you will own the marketing strategy for your assigned experiences and build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and Fever Original events. You will create and execute successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility, leveraging social media channels like Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing the P&L of your region and overseeing a substantial marketing budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) to provide strategic direction for campaigns, and building and growing your own team. You will be based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup at a central office location.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms
- Native level of Dutch and good level of English
- Marketing background
- Willingness to relocate to Madrid and grow with Fever
