You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth for experiences across your region. This is a hands-on role with significant scope and team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete marketing strategy for your assigned experiences and regional portfolio
- Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and Fever Original events
- Create and execute high-impact performance digital marketing campaigns leveraging Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
- Manage the P&L and marketing budget for your region
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, Copywriting) to provide strategic direction for campaigns
- Build and grow your team to scale experiences and impact
- Based in Madrid with hybrid work setup
The role sits within the Marketing Strategy team, which drives growth through data-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and additional channels. You will be responsible for generating awareness, boosting engagement, and converting interest into bookings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency and good English
- Marketing background and proven track record in campaign strategy and execution
- Willingness to relocate to or work from Madrid
- Ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration
