The Digital Analytics Specialist role is an implementation and reporting position within the Martech Capability team. You will serve as a key technical resource for client accounts, working alongside implementation and reporting experts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Core responsibilities include translating client requirements into actionable data collection strategies, creating and implementing tracking plans using Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness, and developing reporting solutions. You will deploy custom scripts and tag management tools to support client objectives.
Beyond implementation, you will drive client retention by supporting GA360/GA4 license renewals and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts. This includes shadowing Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting adjacent Martech capabilities (Enhanced Conversions, Customer Match Optimization, server-side GTM, online-to-offline measurement, Conversion API, Value-Based Bidding), and supporting new business development initiatives.
You will also contribute to internal capability development by collaborating on process improvements, frameworks, and cross-functional projects with senior managers and directors. Mentorship is a key component—you'll support junior team members and share expertise across client accounts.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or similar; 2+ years in analytics or implementation roles. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Marketing Platform, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and BigQuery. Understanding of data collection methodologies, marketing channels, and how to measure data in business contexts. Code knowledge (JSON, SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript) is highly advantageous. Mobile development experience and programming languages (Objective C, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, Java, Firebase) are optional but valued.
