The platform helps organizations maximize ROI from their digital investments through real-time guidance, knowledge delivery, and AI-driven automation embedded directly in user workflows.
As a Digital Adoption Consultant, you will partner with global enterprise customers to design and implement digital adoption strategies. You'll analyze customer workflows and enterprise applications to identify training needs, derive relevant use cases, and recommend optimal adoption approaches using Whatfix's product ecosystem. Your work will directly impact user engagement, productivity, and process efficiency across multinational organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with global customers to understand their enterprise applications, business processes, and diverse user personas
- Analyze workflows to identify use cases that enhance user engagement and productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to design and deliver adoption solutions
- Consult with customers to ideate and recommend optimal adoption strategies
- Establish standards, templates, and best practices for consistency across customer deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance adoption outcomes and customer experience
- Travel to client locations as required
You'll work in a fast-paced SaaS environment with exposure to enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. The role offers opportunities to represent Whatfix at global events and participate in internal certification programs to become a product expert.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–7 years of experience in one or more of: Content Creation, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, Software Development, or Business Analysis
- Strong ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders
- High learning agility and willingness to pursue Whatfix product certifications
- Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving SaaS environment
- Willingness to travel to client locations
PREFERRED:
- Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultures and global working practices
- Experience in IT/ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Oil & Gas industries
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, CLM systems)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, or HTML
