You will work as a Dialoger/Fundraiser in the Osnabrück region, engaging directly with customers at points of sale to promote renewable energy solutions and explain complex energy topics in an accessible way. This is a field-based sales role where you'll spend your day actively approaching people in shopping centers and public spaces, building positive conversations, and converting interest into customer relationships.
The role combines face-to-face fundraising and sales outreach with a mission-driven product. You'll be part of a supportive team that celebrates successes and provides mentorship. REQUIREMENTS:
- Openness and enthusiasm for direct customer engagement without hesitation
- Strong communication skills and resilience to rejection; very good German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- Background in NGO/fundraising, face-to-face agencies, promotion sector, or sales talent from other fields; career changers welcome
- Must reside in the Osnabrück region to reliably reach varying work locations daily
- Mental strength and positive attitude essential for field-based work
- Ability to explain complex energy topics clearly to customers
