DuploCloud is an AI-native DevOps automation platform that delivers an AI DevOps Engineer—an always-on teammate that builds, secures, and manages cloud infrastructure. The company uses agentic AI to execute real operational tasks across provisioning, compliance, Kubernetes, observability, and cost optimization, helping engineering teams move faster and scale without adding DevOps headcount.
You'll join the customer-facing engineering team, working at the intersection of cloud architecture, security, and hands-on implementation. Your primary responsibility is partnering directly with customers to understand their applications and translate them into modern cloud infrastructure using the DuploCloud platform. This includes dockerizing legacy applications still running on VMs, standing up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, and helping customers navigate compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST.
A typical day involves working through customer onboarding roadmaps, troubleshooting container deployments, and conducting calls to walk customers through their infrastructure setup. You'll support customers through security and InfoSec audits, providing hands-on guidance and technical expertise. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role ideal for someone excited to build broad DevOps expertise while making direct impact on customers' cloud journeys.
The role includes a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage, shared fairly across the team, reflecting the 24/7 nature of customer support. You'll work with modern cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and infrastructure-as-code principles. This position offers significant customer interaction and the opportunity to influence how organizations adopt cloud-native practices.
