Cloudflare is seeking a Developer GTM Strategy Manager to join the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team. This role focuses on planning and executing high-priority go-to-market programs, turning key market moments and customer initiatives into coordinated cross-functional engagement.
The Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation function evolves how the Developer GTM team operates by designing systems, processes, and GTM motions that accelerate consumption. A core responsibility is helping teams operate with shared context, clear priorities, strong execution, and consistent follow-through across varying cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic priorities into clear work streams, owners, milestones, decisions, and success measures in partnership with Developer GTM leadership
- Own or co-own planning and execution for high-priority GTM programs including Cloudflare Connect, SKOs, Build Week-style initiatives, innovation weeks, enablement programs, leadership off-sites, and cross-functional planning cycles
- Act as connective tissue across Developer GTM, Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Growth, Community, and technical teams to maintain alignment on goals, sequencing, messaging, tradeoffs, and follow-through
- Translate priorities into clear internal narratives, leader talking points, field enablement, and team-wide updates that help teams understand what is changing and how to act on it
- Lead high-priority projects across Developer GTM, support team planning and process improvements, and incubate new motions until they are clear, measurable, and ready for durable ownership
Example projects include building the Developer GTM strategy and execution plan for major events, creating planning rhythms and narrative models for programs, partnering with Enablement to turn leadership priorities into field-ready messaging, creating cross-functional operating plans spanning multiple teams, and building lightweight processes for leadership planning and decision tracking.
Success looks like: high-priority Developer GTM programs have clear goals, owners, narratives, and timelines; Developer GTM leadership has a trusted partner who can turn priorities into coordinated execution; events and initiatives are connected to broader GTM strategy; cross-functional partners understand priorities and next steps; and ambiguous priorities move into execution faster with clearer ownership and better organizational learning.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, chief of staff, strategic programs, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles
- Experience driving complex initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
- Strong judgment and ability to simplify ambiguity into practical plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to turn leadership direction into clear narratives and operating plans
- Strong program management skills with ownership of timelines, work streams, dependencies, risks, readouts, and follow-through
- Experience planning or leading high-impact GTM programs such as SKOs, customer events, launches, enablement programs, or cross-functional planning cycles
- High ownership and strong bias for action; comfort pushing work forward without perfect information and aligning teams without direct authority
- Strong business acumen and comfort using data to define success metrics, track impact, and make tradeoffs
- Curiosity about technical products, developer platforms, consumption-led GTM motions, and how Cloudflare brings new ideas to market
