1Password is seeking a Full Stack/iOS Developer to join the User Lifecycle team, which focuses on simplifying account creation, onboarding, and helping users reach meaningful value with the platform. You'll work on foundational features that directly impact the company's North Star: providing trusted access in the simplest, safest way.
In this role, you'll build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within an existing codebase. You'll own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight, participating in the full development lifecycle from planning through post-launch support. You'll write maintainable, well-tested code, contribute to evolving testing strategies, and provide thoughtful code reviews that reinforce best practices.
Key responsibilities include navigating and improving the existing codebase, documenting work clearly for team understanding, and collaborating with customer support and other partners to investigate issues and prioritize feedback. You'll also participate in code reviews, help with incident response, and contribute to improving developer workflows through tooling, CI/CD, and documentation improvements.
