Meesho is a high-growth e-commerce marketplace in India with a supply chain quantum exceeding $500M annually. As Deputy Manager of Logistics Finance, you will own the finance operations for Meesho's supply chain business unit, which includes both external logistics partnerships and a proprietary captive supply chain solution. You will translate complex supply chain analytics into actionable insights for Operations, Finance, Product, and Audit stakeholders, identifying cost leakage patterns, dispute drivers, and high-risk lanes. You will build and maintain real-time KPI and control tower dashboards by integrating data across TMS (Transportation Management System), ERP, and external feeds. You'll identify cost optimization opportunities and lead technology and automation initiatives—piloting smart data capture systems for invoice capture, delivery confirmations, and van reconciliation, and exploring RPA or Gen AI agents to automate billing dispute processing and anomaly detection. You will lead a team of 2–4 members, supervising interactions with logistics partners for dispute resolution and operational queries. You'll oversee reconciliation of cash collections from delivery agents, investigate mismatches, and liaison with internal and statutory auditors for timely audit closure. Throughout, you'll collaborate with Product to strengthen financial controls and automate new use cases, and help de-bottleneck supply operations by providing innovative finance solutions. The role operates in a fast-paced environment where you'll create new systems and processes while balancing customer needs, competitive landscapes, and strategic priorities. Requirements: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required - Articleship in Big 4 accounting firm preferred - 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in a startup environment - Experience in supply chain controllership is an added advantage - Strong business acumen with financial inclination - Good understanding of accounting nuances - Demonstrated experience in business partnering and external stakeholder management - Strong bias for speed of execution - Ability to multitask, think critically, and execute tactically - Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
