Salary: USD 110,000 - 170,000 / annual

Palantir is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with US Government customers on data-driven operational solutions. This role centers on translating customer challenges into actionable data strategies and product implementations. In this position, you will: - Travel onsite (25-75% required) to meet with customer analysts and understand their critical questions and pain points - Identify and integrate relevant datasets into stable, extensible pipelines in collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers - Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and customer teams - Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and operational impact - Present results and future proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives - Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to inform cross-company product offerings - Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers - Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding global locations You will work as part of a team of Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Deployment Strategists on some of the world's most challenging problems—from protecting troops and manufacturing quality products to structuring healthcare policies and delivering humanitarian aid. The role demands an analytical mindset, sharp product intuition, strong user empathy, and the ability to synthesize disconnected information into cohesive understanding. You should be comfortable with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, adaptive and introspective, and willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow. REQUIREMENTS: - Active US Security Clearance at or above the Secret level (mandatory) - Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus - Ability to travel 25-75% as required by location and team - Extraordinary ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments - Low ego; outcome-focused rather than credit-focused
