Palantir Technologies is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join its team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will work alongside Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Deployment Strategists to deploy data-driven software solutions against complex, real-world problems.
Your core mission is to synthesize disconnected information streams into a cohesive understanding of customer challenges, data insights, product requirements, user motivations, and potential impact. You will immerse yourself in customers' workflows, partner with customer teams to explore their data, and evaluate the product landscape to enable scalable deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Uncovering and connecting data insights to solve critical problems for government and enterprise customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies
- Diving deep into customer workflows and data ecosystems to identify optimization opportunities
- Partnering with product and engineering teams to shape deployment approaches
- Developing a sharp intuition for product-market fit and user empathy
You should bring a curious and analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments. This role requires someone who is a doer—comfortable getting hands-on with data, customers, and product challenges. A select number of Deployment Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and strategic initiatives.
