ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and scale a new market in Saudi Arabia. You'll operate as a co-founder within the organization, responsible for building a team, winning strategic customers, and deploying ElevenLabs' voice AI technology to solve their most critical challenges.
You will own end-to-end execution: meeting with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs, building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region, designing bespoke integrations, and architecting solutions that fit seamlessly into customer products and operations. You'll guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models, present results to technical and C-suite audiences, and collaborate with ElevenLabs' Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into the platform.
Key responsibilities include identifying relevant use cases through deep customer engagement, building and delivering compelling demos, scoping applications across new industries, and taking full ownership of major projects for strategic partners. You'll work hands-on with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation.
Required qualifications: proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams; basic Python proficiency and API integration understanding; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models; strategic and commercial awareness with understanding of deal structures and go-to-market motions. Nice-to-have: partner ecosystem development experience.
