ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and lead a new market expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will operate as a co-founder-level leader, responsible for building a team from scratch and winning the first strategic customers in the market.
In this role, you will own end-to-end execution of market entry, including hiring forward-deployed engineers, engaging with C-suite stakeholders at enterprise customers, and architecting bespoke voice and audio AI solutions tailored to their most critical problems. You'll work alongside an experienced sales leader to move from 0→1 within ElevenLabs' broader organization.
Key responsibilities include: conducting deep customer discovery to identify pain points and use cases; building and leading a regional technical team; designing and implementing custom integrations of ElevenLabs' voice AI technology into customer products; presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences; collaborating with product and research teams to incorporate field insights; and taking full ownership of major projects for strategic partners.
You'll need proven experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing technical teams, basic Python proficiency and API integration knowledge, and strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts. Strategic and commercial awareness—understanding deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact—is essential. Experience with partner ecosystem development is a plus.
ElevenLabs operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first mindset. The company has raised $781M, is valued at $11B, and serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. You'll have access to support from the broader organization while building something new in a dynamic, fast-growing AI company.
