Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 / annual

The company currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people. As a Deployment Strategist focused on Federal clients, you will own product deployment and customer impact delivery across the federal government client base. This is a hybrid technical and strategic role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying workflows where Peregrine's platform can create measurable operational impact for federal customers - Developing products, data models, and data pipelines to enable customers to execute on those workflows - Building and maintaining relationships with customer executives to ensure Peregrine addresses their most critical operational challenges - Delivering the product to customers with best-in-market quality and speed in complex, mission-critical environments - Serving as a feedback loop connecting customer needs back to sales, marketing, and product teams You will write code (SQL, Python preferred) to solve complex data modeling problems, unlock value from disparate data sources, and help customers get the right information to the right places at the right times. The role requires strong communication skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders. Required qualifications: - 5+ years of direct experience deploying enterprise software or conducting data analysis with Federal Agencies - Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (required) - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field - Experience working in cleared environments - Based in Washington, D.C. with minimum 4 days/week in-office presence (when not traveling) - Ability to travel 30-50% of the time - Strong data modeling and SQL/Python skills - Polished communication and presentation abilities This role combines technical depth, customer empathy, and strategic thinking to drive impact in mission-critical government environments.
