TRM Labs is an AI-powered intelligence platform helping public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt financial crime, particularly in the crypto and blockchain space. As a Deployment Strategist for Eastern Europe, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and crypto exchanges, helping them maximize the value of TRM's investigative and compliance tools.
Your primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Eastern European region, acting as a subject-matter expert on blockchain analytics and financial crime investigation. You will conduct tailored product demonstrations for investigators, compliance officers, risk managers, and supervisors, explaining complex technical concepts in accessible ways. You'll deliver structured training sessions to embed TRM's tools into customers' day-to-day compliance and investigative workflows.
You will monitor customer engagement and usage patterns to identify adoption opportunities and churn risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies. A key part of the role is serving as the "Voice of the Customer," channeling feedback from financial institutions and crypto businesses back to product and engineering teams to influence platform direction. You'll establish consistent engagement cadences with stakeholders to understand their regulatory obligations, institutional priorities, and emerging risks.
The role requires 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in crypto businesses or financial institutions within compliance, investigative, or customer-facing functions. You must have hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, preferably in a compliance or investigative context. Fluency in English is required; Polish language skills are desirable. You should be comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments where regulatory expectations evolve quickly, and willing to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and training events.
You'll work with a globally distributed Customer Success team operating primarily on EMEA time, collaborating asynchronously with strong documentation and transparent communication. The team provides 24-hour global support, and you'll contribute to real-time client response during time-sensitive events such as sanctions updates or critical investigations.
