As a Deployment Strategist, you will work with a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents against complex customer problems. Your mission is to synthesize customer insights into a cohesive understanding of their AI transformation goals, pain points, and where impact could be achieved.
Key responsibilities include: meeting with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals and identify pain points around customer-facing and operational workflows; owning flagship deals end-to-end from use case identification through commercial structuring (including outcome-based pricing) to close; embedding deeply within strategic customers as a trusted partner and owning delivery outcomes; identifying high-impact use cases and collaborating with engineers to implement them; guiding customers on deployment best practices for agent design, orchestration, and production readiness; scoping applications in new industries and expanding solutions globally; presenting results to technical teams and C-suite executives; collaborating with research teams to feed field insights into product roadmap; building and delivering compelling demos; and ensuring agents reach production with measurable business outcomes.
