Arondite is a defence technology company building foundational software and AI to power autonomous systems. The company is expanding into Canada and seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead the planning and execution of implementing their technology (Cobalt) with customers in Canadian defence and public-sector contexts.
You will be responsible end-to-end for ensuring Arondite solves real-world customer problems. This involves engaging directly with frontline users and partner organisations to map workflows, pain points, and operational constraints specific to Canadian defence and public-sector environments. You will identify and frame customer problems aligned with the product vision, collaborate with customers to prioritise high-value problems, and design iterative delivery plans that demonstrate value quickly.
Key responsibilities include acting as the bridge between users, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with operational realities. You will continuously refine priorities with customers to ensure adoption and measurable impact, champion a user-centric approach across deployments, support on-site implementation and feedback capture, and help Arondite build deep understanding of Canadian operational environments and stakeholder requirements.
This role requires significant travel, often in challenging environments. You will need technical proficiency (programming skills, technical degree, or equivalent technology company experience), strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguity. You must be willing to work on-site with customers for a substantial portion of your time and have the confidence to engage with technical subject matter while working closely with both engineers and end users.
As one of Arondite's first deployment strategists in Canada, you will have significant opportunity to shape the product offering, solve real-world problems with direct operational impact, and define how Arondite operates in the Canadian market. Ideal candidates may have experience in defence or defence technology, familiarity with Canadian defence/national security/public-sector operating environments, or experience with technical products in operationally complex or regulated environments. Right to work in Canada is required; security clearance or willingness to undergo Canadian security screening is likely required.
