Wonderful is an AI operating system for enterprises, helping them bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational reality. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end journey of AI deployments—from early customer discovery through pilot and production rollout.
You will embed deeply with enterprise customers to understand their processes, workflows, and constraints. Your core responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify the most important problems to solve, defining clear scope and success metrics for pilots and rollouts, and translating customer needs into executable deployment plans for engineering teams. You'll coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.
This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations. You will spend time onsite with customers, working through real constraints, answering difficult questions, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value. Throughout deployments, you'll track progress, manage risks, remove blockers, support production launches, and monitor deployed agents to drive follow-up improvements based on real usage. You'll also identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases with customers.
You thrive in ambiguity, have a high ownership mindset, and are biased toward action. You excel at structuring complex problems into concrete plans and have strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles is essential. Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, forward-deployed roles, or hands-on engineering experience is valued, as is experience supporting production software launches in high-growth or early-stage environments.
