Salary: USD 120,000 - 190,000 / annual

The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people.
As a Deployment Strategist, you will own product deployment and customer impact delivery across Peregrine's growing client base. You are a critical link between the product team and customers, responsible for identifying high-impact workflows, developing data models and pipelines, and ensuring best-in-market deployment quality in complex, mission-critical environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying workflows where Peregrine's platform creates operational impact for customers
- Developing products, data models, and data pipelines to enable customer execution
- Building relationships with customer executives to align Peregrine toward their hardest operational problems
- Delivering the product platform with exceptional quality and speed in complex environments
- Serving as a feedback loop connecting sales, marketing, and product teams
You bring 2–5 years of experience deploying enterprise software or conducting data analysis directly with customers. You are comfortable writing code (SQL, Python preferred) and solving complex data modeling problems. You excel at communicating technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives. You are an autonomous, empathetic leader who cultivates long-term customer and team relationships and thrives on finding novel product and business opportunities.
Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, based in Washington, D.C., ability to travel ~50% of the time.
