Nebesta is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead the successful implementation and scaling of AI agents for enterprise customers. In this role, you will be the strategic orchestrator responsible for transforming AI agents into operational workflows that deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Discovery & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops to map customer service processes and workflows. Identify and quantify high-ROI automation use cases (refunds, cancellations, status requests, KYC validation). Define deployment roadmaps aligned with client expectations and internal constraints. Establish success metrics including Automatic Resolution Rate, CSAT, and Average Handle Time.
Strategic Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into functional and technical AI agent architectures. Map data flows and define the specific actions agents must perform (e.g., processing refunds in back-office systems, validating identity in CRM platforms). Design integration blueprints with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud) and back-office infrastructure.
Project Management & Governance: Serve as the primary client point of contact and internal project driver. Build and maintain deployment schedules, manage risks, and coordinate resources including Forward Deployed Engineers. Provide regular stakeholder reporting and communication.
Adoption & Change Management: Manage User Acceptance Testing to validate agent accuracy and reliability. Measure post-launch impact and conduct business reviews with Customer Success teams. Monitor performance metrics and develop remediation plans. Identify new automation opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in similar roles (Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager) at B2B SaaS companies or tech consultancies. Strong technical literacy combined with business acumen. Deep understanding of LLMs and agentic systems with ability to modify and adapt prompts autonomously. Experience managing AI deployment projects preferred. Demonstrated mastery of complex project management including planning and risk mitigation. Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to lead workshops. Full professional English proficiency; French is a plus.
