Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the technical architect and implementer for AI agent deployments in healthcare settings. This role bridges customer needs and technical execution, requiring you to design agent workflows, manage build processes, handle integrations, and ensure deployments deliver measurable clinical value. You will partner with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows, translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications, and design AI agents that clinicians trust. Your responsibilities span initial scoping and requirement analysis, agent configuration and validation, technical account management throughout deployment, project management and timeline coordination, integration architecture design, and post-launch analytics and optimization. Success means accurately translating customer workflows into well-structured agent designs, using established tools and patterns to configure agents efficiently, defining integration requirements clearly and ensuring reliable data flow, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, monitoring agent performance and driving continuous refinement, documenting patterns and building institutional knowledge, and leading use case implementations end-to-end with effective project management. You bring 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer empathy, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You excel at scoping work, estimating timelines, managing dependencies, and communicating status proactively. Nice-to-have qualifications include healthcare domain expertise (clinical workflows, EHR systems, FHIR standards), experience with AI/ML orchestration and prompt engineering, healthcare IT experience with EHR integrations and clinical data pipelines, and experience building tools for complex regulated environments. Hippocratic AI has raised $404M from leading healthcare and AI investors including CapitalG, a16z, General Catalyst, and Kleiner Perkins. The team includes AI pioneers from Google, Meta, Microsoft, and NVIDIA alongside physicians and hospital leaders from Johns Hopkins, Washington University, and Stanford. Every agent you architect has measurable clinical impact, directly improving patient outcomes and clinician efficiency.
