Salary: USD 130,000 - 230,000 / annual

Auctor is building an AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating documentation, discovery, and decision-making across $400B+ in services work. As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work with the founding team to deploy Auctor against complex enterprise software delivery challenges. You'll synthesize customer workflows, implementation methodologies, and product capabilities into solutions that transform how projects are executed. Your responsibilities include: - Meeting with customer teams to understand implementation methodologies, pain points, and critical deliverables - Configuring and customizing Auctor's AI agents to match customer workflows and artifact requirements - Leading onboarding and training sessions to ensure rapid team productivity - Identifying expansion opportunities across new project types, teams, and use cases - Partnering directly with engineering to translate field insights into product improvements - Building and delivering demos to prospective customers across industries - Documenting best practices and creating playbooks that scale deployment approaches - Presenting results and proposals to consulting teams, practice leaders, and C-suite executives - Traveling to customer sites and industry conferences to represent Auctor The role demands intellectual curiosity, low ego, comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, customer obsession, and adaptability. You'll thrive in unstructured environments and open-ended problems, prioritizing outcomes over credit. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering (ideally in enterprise software) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with technical concepts; comfort with data, APIs, and configuration (coding not required but a plus) NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow) or implementation methodologies - Direct experience running or supporting enterprise software implementations - Background in requirements gathering, business analysis, or solutions architecture - Experience at an early-stage startup - Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment
