Treeswift builds physical AI systems for field workers in the energy sector, combining hardware (LiDAR, cameras, sensors), AI, and software to increase worker productivity 10x. The company works with three of the five largest US utilities, helping them reduce wildfire risk, manage vegetation-related outages, and accelerate storm recovery. As Deployment Lead, you will own customer success and product development for Treeswift's most critical utility customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include training users on the platform, defining project requirements, tracking deliveries, and presenting findings to customer executives. You will identify expansion opportunities within accounts and align internal work to customer priorities. Beyond customer management, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to scope and develop new features. As an early-stage company, customers serve as de facto design partners. You will be the closest voice to customers, translating their needs into product improvements—from incremental feature enhancements to entirely new use cases. You will build deep domain expertise in utility operations and field work, share insights across the organization, and drive product decisions. The role requires 4+ years of professional experience and comfort with ambiguity in a high-autonomy, early-stage environment. You must be an excellent communicator across diverse stakeholders—training field crews one moment, presenting to C-suite executives the next. Technical fluency is essential; you should be comfortable with data and able to quickly learn new technical concepts. Prior SaaS experience and familiarity with utilities or energy sectors are valued but not required. Treeswift is headquartered in Midtown Manhattan with offices in San Francisco and Philadelphia. The company has raised funding from leading investors including Penny Pritzker's Inspired Capital and is backed by a team with deep expertise in robotics (Penn, Caltech, CMU) and enterprise software (Palantir, Stripe, Oracle, MongoDB).
