As Deployed Strategist, you will own customer outcomes across Parallel's strategic accounts, driving retention and expansion as the company scales. Your core responsibilities include:
- Define success metrics with customers pre-go-live and build dashboards that tie every metric back to the economic case the GTM team sold against
- Partner with Deployed Engineering on strategic deployments and build reference architectures for concentrated customer workloads
- Run a structured operating cadence that converts realized ROI into expansion opportunities, renewals, and customer references for the sales team
- Own the customer-to-product feedback loop, routing usage signals and friction patterns into prioritized product input
- Identify expansion whitespace early and recognize renewal risks before QBRs
- Build this function from scratch in a high-growth, flat organization
You bring post-sale experience at an infrastructure or AI company with credible knowledge of agent frameworks, background-agent workloads, and how APIs compose into real customer workflows. You've previously defined outcome metrics tied to commercial impact and understand the difference between product usage and visible ROI. You're energized by building functions from the ground up rather than inheriting established processes.
