The company has pivoted from broad healthcare AI to building an AI Care Partner that transforms clinical documentation and automates routine tasks for clinicians.
As a Deployed Product Manager for Health Systems, you will own a portfolio of health system accounts across the Americas, serving as both a product leader and revenue driver. You will be embedded with customers, spending significant time on-site observing clinical workflows, understanding their unique environments, and translating those observations into discrete product capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product and revenue outcomes for your assigned health system accounts
- Conducting on-site customer visits to observe workflows and produce detailed specifications for new capabilities
- Making strategic build-versus-configure trade-offs for each engagement, balancing custom development with scalable solutions
- Owning sprint delivery and prioritization for your accounts, unblocking engineering teams and making daily trade-off decisions
- Building extensible product architecture so solutions developed for one account become configurable modules for subsequent deployments
- Partnering with the commercial team to prioritize across accounts, negotiate scope, and manage customer expectations
- Connecting field insights back to core product teams, surfacing patterns and advocating for shared platform investments
- Driving adoption within customer organizations until clinicians use the product daily
- Navigating compliance and regulatory requirements as product constraints
You should have a technical or analytical background (CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or related), 4+ years of product experience, and a track record of shipping. You need fluency with LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation), comfort building with AI tools, and the judgment to translate AI capabilities into reliable user-facing products. You should be an execution powerhouse who defaults to building over requesting, can operate independently without extensive support functions, and has strong data fluency to diagnose adoption challenges.
