You'll join the London marketing team as Demand Generation Manager, reporting to the Head of Growth. This is a hands-on role bridging product launches, customer stories, events, and market insights into campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and leadership to shape how V7 communicates across LinkedIn, email, events, landing pages, and ABM campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and grow V7's LinkedIn presence: company posts, product updates, campaign content, event promotion, and founder-led thought leadership
- Transform product launches, customer proof points, and sales priorities into campaign assets across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and sales materials
- Support ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts in finance, insurance, and enterprise segments
- Partner with product and sales to translate technical complexity into clear, buyer-focused messaging
- Write commercially sharp content: social posts, email copy, landing page copy, customer case studies, event follow-ups, and sales enablement materials
- Manage pre- and post-event marketing: target account lists, LinkedIn promotion, follow-up sequences, nurture assets, and content repurposing
- Brief design on campaign creative and paid social visuals
- Track performance across LinkedIn, email, events, and landing pages; iterate based on data
You bring 4–6 years of demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing experience at B2B tech companies. You write clearly, quickly, and with commercial intent. You understand LinkedIn as a serious B2B growth channel and can distill product complexity into simple, useful messaging. You're comfortable with sales teams, understand how marketing drives pipeline and revenue, and have run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, landing pages, events). You're organized, adaptable in a fast-moving startup, and curious about AI, automation, and enterprise buying behavior.
Nice-to-haves: experience marketing to finance, insurance, legal, or enterprise operations; ABM or named-account programs; founder/executive LinkedIn content; HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Notion, or Framer; a portfolio of sharp B2B writing and campaign work.
Success metrics include 30%+ QoQ LinkedIn engagement growth, $2M+/quarter in sourced-or-influenced pipeline from campaigns, 30+ net-new qualified opportunities/quarter from ABM, 15–20% conversion for high-touch events, and improved sales enablement material quality.
