Twilio is seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support the North American Go-to-Market motion. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and legal, responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing non-standard commercial agreements while maintaining financial governance and margin optimization. Key responsibilities include analyzing deal economics across pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact. You will build and maintain financial models and pricing scenarios to support non-standard deal requests and leadership approvals. The role owns the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, from quote building and pricing approvals through Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure, ensuring 100% data integrity and policy compliance. You will establish trusted relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity, particularly during high-volume month- and quarter-end peaks. Acting as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, you'll ensure adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance. You'll collaborate on reviewing and structuring non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies. The ideal candidate is curious, action-oriented, and passionate about building complex financial models and analyzing pricing structures. You'll surface recurring deal patterns, approval exceptions, and operational friction points to drive continuous improvement of Deal Desk workflows and system efficiencies. Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree plus minimum 2 years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or analytical GTM/Deal Desk role (or 4+ years relevant analytical experience without degree). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with proven experience building intermediate financial models. Strong understanding of core financial concepts and ability to communicate financial tradeoffs clearly. Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and SaaS business models preferred.
