Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 / annual
SentiLink is seeking a Data Strategy Tech Lead to own product vision and execution for internal technical initiatives with a strong focus on data-intensive systems and foundational datasets. This role sits within SentiLink's Tech organization, which builds and maintains core internal technology spanning critical datasets, internal services, and platforms supporting products and analytics.
You will partner across engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to understand how internal systems and datasets are used today and what they must support as the company scales. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap for internal technical initiatives, driving cross-functional efforts to improve quality and reliability of internal systems, and translating complex internal needs into clear, actionable specifications.
You will manage prioritization across competing internal demands, balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value. The role requires structured project management for initiatives with multiple teams, ambiguous problem spaces, and intricate technical dependencies. You will define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets (quality, completeness, latency, reliability, stakeholder satisfaction) and communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders at all levels.
