You will own the metrics and outcomes for a product area, identifying where users get stuck or drop off and translating those insights into product bets that ship. Rather than handing insights to a PM, you drive the full cycle from opportunity identification through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own metrics, funnels, and measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and retention for your product area
- Find opportunities in user behavior patterns and collaborate directly with PMs and engineers to ship product bets
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, growth tests) and act on results
- Build instrumentation, semantic models, and agents that enable the product team to operate independently
- Maintain data quality, definitions, and lineage to ensure the team trusts the data
You will work with SQL, Python, BigQuery, PubSub, Hex, and GCP. The role requires strong applied statistics, experimentation design, and deep instinct for user behavior. You should be comfortable shipping directional answers quickly while knowing when decisions require rigor.
Lovable is a small, talent-dense team in Stockholm that values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. You'll thrive with autonomy and ambiguity, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product and engineering teams.
