You will own the data strategy behind Lovable's pricing and packaging decisions. This is a high-impact role where you translate usage, cost, and willingness-to-pay data into concrete pricing and packaging experiments, then build the models that quantify revenue and retention impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning analytics for pricing and packaging strategy, including what the company charges, how offerings are packaged, and the impact of changes on revenue, conversion, and retention
- Building models for unit economics, willingness to pay, and price sensitivity, converting them into actionable pricing bets
- Designing and executing pricing and packaging experiments, then acting decisively on results
- Building operationalized systems for pricing decisions, such as personalized discounting based on user records
- Collaborating with finance, product, and growth teams to sequence and ship pricing changes effectively
You should bring deep commercial acumen with fluency in unit economics (LTV, margin, token and infrastructure costs, willingness to pay, discounting, subscription and credit models). Technical skills include strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and experimentation design—particularly comfort with causal inference where clean A/B tests aren't always possible. You are a systems builder who creates durable pricing and packaging infrastructure rather than delivering one-off analyses. You have entrepreneurial instincts, thrive with autonomy, and possess strategic judgment about growth versus monetization tradeoffs.
The tech stack includes SQL, Python, BigQuery, PubSub, Hex, Lovable Apps, A/B and growth testing frameworks, and GCP. Lovable is a small, talent-dense team based in Stockholm that values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.
