You will join an interdisciplinary team as an experienced Data Scientist focused on growth. Working closely with engineering and design teams, you'll partner with marketing, finance, and operations to identify growth opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with product engineers and designers to improve user acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience
- Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to uncover growth opportunities and inform business decisions
- Support and promote experimentation and decision-making frameworks that enable rapid product iteration
- Define KPIs and success metrics that keep teams aligned on measurable outcomes
- Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user behavior and business performance
- Proactively identify high-impact opportunities through deep analysis of user journeys, lifecycle behavior, conversion funnels, and financial performance
- Shape team and company priorities by providing data-driven perspectives on impact, trade-offs, and ROI
- Build dashboards, models, and self-service tools that improve visibility into growth and business performance
- Collaborate with the broader data team to maintain a shared, consistent data layer
- Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making
